Distinguishing Marks (tattoos, scars, etc): Kara has three tattoos: right forearm reads "bona fiscalia"; a tattoo on her back left shoulder is a pyramid representing the game, and on her left arm is a complex design gotten as a wedding tattoo to Sam Anders, who got a matching one so they fit together while embracing.

She probably has tons of scars from general melee and fighting, and definitely ones on her knees since she injured them twice -- as well as one on the left side of her abdomen from Cylon procedure. That last one is a really touchy subject.

Religion/Philosophy: Pantheistic, praying to Artemis and Aphrodite.

How events shaped their outlook on life: Her mother abused her both physically and verbally/psychologically. Kara was close with her father, who encouraged her to learn and play the piano, but he left the family after Socrata told him he had to quit music for a stable career. As such, she struggles with valuing her life and constantly engages in risky behavior. She also forms intense attachments, but has commitment issues.
